A unique sliding access panel only allows the use of one toilet paper roll at a time to ensure the controlled, no-waste use of the first roll before starting the reserve roll. The cabinet is constructed from 20 gauge stainless steel and furnished with a tumbler lock, wide viewing slot and satin finish to provide a theft-resistant, durable and low-maintenance design.
